Sathy was our Real Estate agent in finding us a beautiful rental and eventually purchased our home in our desirable neighbourhood. Through these 2 experiences, Sathy went over and above in helping us, answering any questions at any time of the day. We were always able to contact Sathy, he returned calls shortly after leaving messages (we have had experiences in the past, where we could not get in touch with the agent). We had a joke in our family, anything you need call Sathy! Sathy gave us referrals for getting our home alarm system, duct cleaning, the best Mortgage Broker and on and on the list goes! We still keep in touch with Sathy as he is very connected and experienced in Real Estate and many times after moving in your home, there are still questions – he is always there to assist. Patience is another word that describes Sathy – I was a very picky client and never did Sathy be rude or impatient with us, never – always had a smile and kept us on track. From the first day I meet Nithy and Sathy, their plans for selling my old house and finding my current home assured me that I would be perfectly fine through the entire process. They took me every step of the way and managed the entire process according to my schedule since I was a single parent providing and taking care of three children. I was very hesitant with the big choose I was making since I was moving to a complete new area and the amount of money that I will be putting towards the new house was a pretty significant increase compared to before. Nithy and sathy both worked with me to figure out my budget and how much I would need for the entire process.Nithy worked hard to make my old home presentable for new buyers by giving it a complete makeover and Sathy put it at a great price where it gave me a good value to put towards my new home. They both sold my old home in under a month and while that was going on Sathy brought us to many homes in certain areas that we were looking at in our price range. They were both patient and truly passionate about their jobs and helped me cope with this stressful transition. What I completely loved about them was they had every professional at hand to help with the transition such as painters, stagers, and other financial services. Finally they both found us a beautiful home which meet all of our needs and took care of all the concerns that we had in moving into our first house.
